Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Clerk:

  • Support accounting/finance function by performing general accounting and Accounts Receivable activities.

Qualifications

Relative Work Experience:   1-2 years work experience in related field.

Education:   High School Diploma (formal accounting training /classes preferred).

Certifications / Licenses:  None required.

Computer Systems / Software:   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (accounting software experience preferred).

  • Ability to plan and prioritize work; assess work requirements; make timely and appropriate decisions; use good judgment; meet time commitments.
  • Proactively develops customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand internal/external customer needs.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details amid periodic interruptions.
