 The Purpose:

You will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team focused on processing invoices and expense.  You will have the unique opportunity to work with many co-workers from across the US, stretching from the East coast to the West Coast.

The Job:

• Supporting document imaging (automated invoices system)
• Data entry of accounts payable invoices
• Respond to vendor calls and emails
• Maintain accounts payable historical records
• Expense Management review and approval
• Reports to the corporate Accounts Payable Manager

The Person:

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience and/or Associates Degree in Business
• 10-Key experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook/Teams)
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
• Work well as a team player
• Work well under pressure
