Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a full service, inventory supported, MRO provider in the aeronautical field with 21 domestic and international entities. We have an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable Processor to process the full cycle of Accounts Payable. 

Key responsibilities include:

1. Process vendor invoices – obtain approvals; perform 3 way match; ensure proper coding to general ledger; research and assist in resolving discrepancies
2. Reconcile monthly corporate credit card transactions – obtain receipts and code appropriately
3. Process payments to vendors – monitor discount opportunities; ensure credit is received for outstanding memos; prepare checks, ACH or wire payments
4. Review SG&A expenses for accuracy and completeness and prepare journal entries when necessary
5. Communicate with vendors effectively to resolve any account issues including reconciliation of monthly statements and related transactions
6. Special projects as needed

The ideal candidate for this position has 3 years’ experience in general accounting, with specific hands on work in a high volume A/P processing role in a professional setting.  Other keys for success include:

• Practical hands on experience with Accrual Accounting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong 10-key and data entry skills
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Effective oral and written skills
• Current skills in Excel
