Job Overview:

Exciting Challenges

  • The Manager will manage the day-to-day functions of the Accounts Payable Department and is responsible for managing, mentoring and motivating department personnel:
  • Oversee the processing of vendor invoices through VIM, including researching inquiries, providing guidance for end-users on processing and ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Process checks runs, wire, and ACH payments in a timely manner
  • Manage Inter-company invoices from processing to IC Netting in accordance with monthly deadlines
  • Responsible for vendor relationships and researching inquiries
  • Review, document and improve departmental processes and procedures
  • Coordinate various year-end projects such as 1099 reporting
  • Provide support and assistance for annual audit
  • Assist with special projects

We Need Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 10 years of Accounts Payable experience, 5 years in a Managerial position.
  • Ability to work as a hands-on team player.
  • Must be able to work well in a group environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
  • SAP experience required. VIM experience helpful.


Broad Function and Purpose of Position: This position manages Sika Corporation’s Accounts Payable department. The Accounts Payable Manager role involves close interaction with various departments within the corporate headquarters and throughout the organization.
