We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and computer skills who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice entry, verification, and payment processing
  • Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation before processing
  • Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks such as invoicing and collections as needed
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information to callers
  • Greet customers at the parts counter in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process transactions, including invoicing and collecting payments
  • Support daily office operations and assist team members when needed
  • Participate in cross-training to support broader office functions

Qualifications

  • Experience in Accounts Payable (required); AR experience a plus
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Dependable, loyal, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
