Are you our next Accounts Payable Analyst?

This person will handle the initial steps of the accounts payable process for up to 3 of our companies. We are excited to add someone who takes customer service to heart, likes to work in a casual and upbeat environment, cares about people and has a strong work ethic! This person will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate vendor payables to get prepared for processing
• Cross reference invoices to confirm accuracy including gaining approvals
• Excellent customer support to vendors
• General office support to the Accounts Payable dept.

To be successful in this position, you need to have the following:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable dept.
• Intermediate level is needed for reporting in MS products.
• People person who enjoys customer service both with internal customers and external customers.'
• The "want" to be helpful to our customers which could involve research or sending copies
• We are an extremely fast paced environment so you would need initiative to jump in and help the team on projects, audits, and other busy moments we will have in accounting!
