What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike. Your responsibilities may include:

Accounting Support

Process Accounts Payable invoices.
Generate customer invoices and support Accounts Receivable.
Match purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor invoices.
Enter accounting information accurately into company software.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end administrative tasks.
Enter weekly payrolls
Bank reconciliation

Human Resources Support

Assist with recruiting and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate new employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support benefits administration and employee paperwork.
Assist with training records and compliance documentation.

Administrative Support

Maintain filing systems and company records.
Assist various departments with administrative projects.
Support purchasing and office operations as needed.
Help improve office organization and efficiency.

Technology & Process Improvement

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous office or customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software (not required).
Experience with HR or recruiting (not required).
Manufacturing experience preferred
