Direct and monitor P-Card activity to ensure activity is properly recorded, ensure that delivery receipts are properly and timely recorded, budget and review monthly variable and fixed expenses, and provide analysis to plant management.


  • Month end close processes, including cost analysis, accrual, and reporting.
  • Work with Operations and Accounting Manager in the preparation of AOP and provide analysis of variable and fixed expense budgets and reporting. Analyze actual fixed expenses by department manager. Provide periodic forecasts.
  • Ensure that Delivery Receipt documents are properly accounted. Perform and distribute monthly reconciliation of abeyance file.
  • Perform cash flow and balance sheet forecasts and analysis as requested by management.
  • Monitor MRO and ROH inventory balances, transactions, investigate and correct issues.
  • Review Capital Approval requests and submit to Workflow.
  • Work with Ops team to close Capital projects by allocating cost to assets and tagging.
  • Provide support and analysis for annual Asset and MRO counts.
  • A/P processing and troubleshooting.
  • Perform other special assignments and/or requests as needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in general accounting. Manufacturing Accounting experience preferred.Must be able to work in groups, as well as be able to make independent decisions.
  • Must have effective written and oral communication.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Must possess knowledge of Automated Accounting Information Systems, SAP desirable.
  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts (GAAP/SOX) and experience in accounts payable, general ledger and solid analytical skills.
