We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team in Seminole, OK, 74868. Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
