Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Job Type: Part-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to oversee daily accounts payable workflows, invoice verification, and month-end financial reconciliations for our manufacturing facility. Working closely with the Controller, this role ensures vendor accuracy, cash flow reporting, and strict adherence to internal accounting and plant compliance standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders to receipts, and manage disbursements.

• Handle monthly AP consolidation, aging analysis, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare weekly cash forecasting and annual 1099 reporting.

• Audit invoices for sales tax compliance and maintain the vendor management system.

• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and supply chain teams to resolve billing issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of accounting/AP experience, preferably in a mid-to-large manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent relevant background.

• High proficiency in ERP/finance systems and MS Excel.

• Solid grasp of general ledger reconciliations, internal controls, and plant safety standards (OSHA/ISO).
