Essential Job Functions


You will become familiar with the company’s business systems and methods of operations as you support the accounting, payables, production and labor reporting, month end closing, reconciliation, costing, and cycle counts.


  • Validation and coding of vendor invoices
  • Support month end journal entries
  • Support month end, inventory and operating report updates
  • Support monthly reconciliations
  • Support cycle counts
  • Troubleshooting of accounts payable issues
  • Daily production reporting
  • Reliability and OEE reporting
  • Assist with bill of material setup/updates
  • Inventory transfers
  • Work order accounting closing
  • Data entry support
  • Other assignments as assigned



  • Associate's degree or higher (Preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup & pivot tables) and Word
  • Math and computer skills, able to work with large amounts of data
  • Experience with ERP software. SAP preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, and a team player
  • Detail oriented and accurate, able to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Must meet deadlines and deliver quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and resourceful in resolving problems
  • Able to maintain confidential information

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
