Job Overview:
- Prepare and post journals entries and accruals
- Perform bank account reconciliations and general ledger
- Process expense reports according to policy compliance and credit card reconciliation
- Keep track of fixed assets and roll-forward
- Collaborate with accounting team members to provide useful and necessary financial reports
- Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met
- Research and respond to internal/external auditors inquiries
- Analyze, initiate and implement best practices and procedures in the accounting department
- Engage in developing internal reviews of accounting records and ad-hoc projects and process enhancements
