We are currently seeking an Account Representative for our Specialty Rolled Products division. As an Account Representative you will report to a Sales Manager and play an integral role in our continued success in driving strategic growth. In this fast-paced environment, you will be helping to ensure we are meeting ATI objectives while exceeding customers’ expectations.
A successful Account Representative is a critical thinker, detail oriented, and is able to support customer inquiries and requests in a timely and appropriate manner. To become successful, you will have to quickly learn ATI, our products, and build strong relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams including, production, planning, supply chain and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Initiating quotation proposals and negotiating to obtain orders
- Providing sales forecasts and reporting sales activity
- Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
- Interfacing closely with Technical, Production Planning and Operations teams
- Communicate order status to domestic and international account assignments
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
