Great opportunity to join a growing team of several other Account Relationship / Project Managers supporting the design and manufacturing of custom medical specimen collection test kits and medical transportation supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Science based) strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
3-5+ years applicable work experience preferably in sales, procurement, or customer service related to healthcare industry and/or clinical support.
Project management experience helpful.
Understanding of sourcing, production, distribution, and inventory management practices helpful.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to interface with key customer representatives.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects by multitasking and effective prioritization skills.
Must be detailed oriented and have strong time management skills.
Prefer an understanding of logistics capabilities.
Prefer project management skills and experience.
Prefer SAP or ERP system experience.
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Although the associate primarily works in an office environment, while performing the duties of this job, this role can be exposed to an industrial warehouse environment.
Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on a routine basis.
Some physical effort is required.
