Position Summary:
Precision Electric, an Industrial Service Solutions company is seeking a full-time employee Account Manager to cover Arizona and Southern Nevada, for Well Service's, Vertical Turbine and Submersible Pump sales, Electrical Motors and Electrical Equipment and Service. Candidate should possess sales experience and knowledge of industrial and Municipal Well and Electric Motor Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting of leads, cold calling to build pipeline and strong account management to retain and grow accounts.
- Take quote requests from customers and outside sales representatives and, by using defined procedures be able to source necessary components or equipment to generate proposals.
- Notify and follow-up with customers on any deviation on their order or shipment schedule.
- Verifies billing amounts and charges.
- Has authority to initiate actions and make decisions within established precedents or well-defined policy with regular managerial direction and review.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial and Industrial Sales in the Water Well Industry.
- Must have a minimum of 3 year of proven sales experience and success with pumps, motors, and equipment.
- Knowledge of water well repair and installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be a Self-Starter with hands-on leadership experience.
- Understanding of pricing, forecasting, cost management and other financial tools used in help driving a successful profit center.
- Excellent Networking Capabilities.
- Great connection with potential buyers in the Arizona Market.
