Who are we looking for? 

We are seeking an Account Manager to help marketing brand managers drive product awareness through a variety of experiential fulfillment programs in industry verticals such as health and beauty, personal care, pharmaceutical, travel and leisure, automotive and financial, to name a few.  Programs include, but are not limited to, ongoing product sampling and customized fulfillment and distribution. Our ideal candidate values all of the above, is a progressive thinking, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail. 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage fulfillment programs from inception through distribution and post-execution reporting.
  • Participate in weekly client status meetings & business reviews
  • Ensure SLA’s and program expectations are being met
  • Work in conjunction with other departments (Estimating, Warehouse Ops, Production, Print, Quality) to manage tactical program/job execution including, but not limited to, inventory & order management, warehouse receiving, ad hoc offset and digital print, standard direct mail and fulfillment projects.
  • Provide real-time status on all projects to internal project teams and client stakeholders
  • Assertive follow-up with internal and external stakeholders – anticipate and manage project delays
  • Proactive inventory management – low stock/short date/expired inventory analysis, periodic cycle counts, inventory destruction

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.
  • This role requires a high degree of organization, assertiveness, responsive and effective communication skills, and a proactive mindset
  • 3+ years working in an Account Management or Customer Experience related role
  • Demonstrated history working with multiple clients in fast moving environment
  • Adaptability to frequent new systems and processes
  • Any experience in inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus.
