Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to build strong customer relationships while managing the complete lifecycle of customer orders. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales, customer service, and production to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives on providing exceptional customer service.
Work Schedule Requirement
This position supports our Ohio manufacturing facility and requires availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST). Applicants must be able to consistently work these hours regardless of their location or time zone.
