We're hiring an Account Manager to join a high-performing team focused on customer support and General Plastics' growth. This position is focused on maintaining existing client relationships, mainly in the Aerospace Industry and fostering new development opportunities by addressing current needs, responding to RFQs, and ensuring projects are managed appropriately. You will help guide customers to the correct materials and processes required to be successful for their individual programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical, fast-moving environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers in aerospace and defense sectors. This role requires a strong curiosity to understand technical details, a willingness to learn and use multiple systems (MRP, CRM, etc.), effective communication, and project management skills to keep initiatives progressing smoothly. This position is an in-office role, reporting directly to the Manager, Account Management and collaborating with a team of professionals in Sales, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
