Midnight Oil (moagency.com), strategically located in "the heart of Hollywood" in Burbank, CA, is an extraordinary creative, and specialty print production partner to the majority of theatrical and streaming studios, with relationships often measured in terms of decades, not years. Objective: The Account Managers day-to-day role interacts directly with their assigned Account Director or Directors and their
accounts. The Account Manager's daily tasks contribute to the overall health and viability of the Account Director's accounts and value to the Company. The Account Manager along with the Account Director will be held accountable for the maintenance of and the growth of the Account Director's book of business. Establish a specific scope of work agreement between Account Manager and Account Director. The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for the account services of our Amazon client--an exciting opportunity for experienced entertainment industry Account Managers!

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Create statements of work to provide the scope and timeline of campaigns/projects for campaign and project managers assigned to those accounts.
  • Connects work teams across various internal departments to ensure overall program success and client satisfaction.
  • Interacts with clients daily on behalf of the Account Director.
  • Handles issues as necessary, internal, and external.
  • Estimating duties.
  • Billing duties.
  • Proofing presentations.


Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to cultivate relationships with others
  • Maintain current knowledge of the industry vertical and client business
  • Maintain awareness of industry and trends, emerging technology, clients, and consumer behavior
  • Possess a thorough understanding of clients and creative through production workflows
  • Proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise
  • Exceptional coordination and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail



Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field
  • 5+ years of direct experience
  • Have experience leading teams
  • Credible knowledge of creative, pre-production, digital, technology and manufacturing disciplines that contribute to marketing solutions
  • Entertainment industry and/or Media Operations experience a major plus
