Objective: The Account Managers day-to-day role interacts directly with their assigned Account Director or Directors and their
accounts. The Account Managers daily tasks contribute to the overall health and viability of the AD’s accounts and value to the
Company. The AM along with the AD will be held accountable for the maintenance of and the growth of the AD’s book of business.  Establish a specific scope of work agreement between AM/AD.

Specific Accountabilities:
• Create statements of work to provide the scope and timeline of campaigns/projects for campaign and project
managers assigned to those accounts.
• Connects work teams across various internal departments to ensure overall program success and client
satisfaction.
• Interacts with clients on a daily basis on behalf of the Account Director.
• Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Handles issues as necessary, internal and external
- Estimating duties
- Billing duties
- Proofing presentations

Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, to cultivate relationships with others
• Maintain current knowledge of the industry vertical and client business
• Maintain awareness of industry and trends, emerging technology, clients and consumer behavior
• Possess a thorough understanding of clients and creative through production workflows
• Proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise
• Exceptional coordination and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail

Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of direct experience
• Have experience leading teams
• Credible knowledge of creative, pre-production, digital, technology and manufacturing disciplines that contribute to
marketing solutions
• Entertainment industry and/or Media Operations experience a plus
