JOB DESCRIPTION
An Account Executive is responsible for driving new business through in-person, field based sales efforts, primarily targeting office environments. This role primarily focuses on introducing and selling our Peel and Pour Pods, building relationships with key decision makers, and delivering a convenient high-quality beverage solution that meets workplace needs.
*The successful candidate will be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and travel throughout the surrounding territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-person meetings, product samplings, and tasting within office environments
- Educate potential customers on the value and convenience of our Peel and Pour beverage line and products
- Build and maintain relationships with office managers and key decision makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and even beyond, to ensure repeat orders/subscription management
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting with CRM (Salesforce)
- Stay informed on product offers, pricing, and competition in the industry
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sales or Business
- 1-3+ years of B2B or field-sales experience
- 1+ year of sales experience, with proven track record of closing and acquiring new business
- Experience using CRM and lead generation tools (Salesforce, Spotio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Value-based selling, including MEDDIC or similar sales methodology
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field environment
- Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory and other markets as needed
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver license- a company car will be provided when available
