  • Manages and is expected to grow an existing customer base of business within our Distribution Segment in the Midwest
  • Maintain and builds upon identified prospects within specific market segment
  • Works with prospective customers to identify unmet needs and present compelling/right to win solutions
  • Crafts customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers
  • Executes the agreed strategies, generating and capturing short, mid and long term opportunities
  • Strong influencing skills, public speaking skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
  • Develops long-term business opportunities. Also manages new programs and new business opportunities for assigned products leading to successful commercialization efforts
  • Produces timely documentation to manage business development activity within Sales Cloud
  • Assist others on Distribution team to close new business opportunities
  • Independently and successfully manage new business projects from start up to close
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs 


  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Pharmacy Distribution, Sales, and Packaging
  • Successful, professional record of winning new customers and closing new business
  • Experience with packaging technologies (e.g. molding) and packaging development approaches
  • Superior presentation, facilitation and communication skills
  • Advanced business and financial acumen needed
  • Strong hunting stills and desire to Win
  • Travels to domestic accounts on a frequent basis

  • Excellent project and time management capabilities
