Come be a part of helping people who help people  by supporting the fundraising efforts of over 500 non profit organizations.  Innovairre is looking for an account director to work with clients to achieve the strategic and creative objectives for fundraising campaigns.


Objective:  

The Account Director (AD) is an integral part of the sales process.  They review bottom line test results and make recommendation on roll outs and test.  The AD is responsible for working with the Creative Team to develop all new art.  In addition, they quote the packages so that client has all information they need to commit to their Campaigns.  Post sales, the AD works with the Account Manager (AM) who executes the strategy outlined by the AD (and sometimes in conjunction with a Strategy Director).  The AD and AM work as a team to ensure clients needs and goals are met. The ideal candidate will be highly organized; possess excellent communication and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 

  • Gain full understanding of client’s campaigns and bottom-line results in order to meet the creative and strategic objectives for each campaign.

  • Work with Creative Services to design/layout all new creative.

  • Work with Estimating to quote all packages to gain client buy in.

  • Work with Agency Operations Team to ensure that all new packages meet USPS or Canada Post requirements.

  • Develop presentations to sell campaigns to clients.

  • In conjunction with the Account Manager, maintain project schedule and timeline with clients and other Innovairre departments to make sure mail dates are met.  

  • Act as day-to-day support of Account Manager to ensure client approved strategy is executed flawlessly.

  • Build relationship with clients and act as main contact for creative and package strategy


Skills/Requirements 

  • 5 years experience in direct mail fundraising environment.

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Strong PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. 

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized. 

  • Ability to as part of a team. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must demonstrate accountability, the ability to execute, innovativeness, optimism, and urgency on a day in, day out basis.

  • Some travel required.
