The government client requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for any/all positions that will require travel.

Full vaccination (against COVID-19) is defined as: an individual must be either two weeks past the last shot of a two-shot vaccination sequence, or two weeks past the only shot of a one-shot vaccination sequence. 

Description of Duties:

This is an evening shift work position, with core hours being 1500-2300, and may have to shift to overnight schedule to meet off-hour mission activities. Differential pay will be available for evening/overnight shift.

The Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Security Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

• Build, configure, and maintain ACAS Scanners and Security Center Server.
• Conduct scans and report/share data with system admins and lab managers.
• Conduct STIG and configuration management and assessments.
• Coordinate with ArcSight/CyberArk/ESS administrators to conduct network vulnerability management.
• Author reports utilizing automated systems to audit license utilization on all associated CLAW enclaves.
• Provide license utilization reports to appropriate teams per the defined schedule.
• Work with stakeholders to identify discrepancies in software and/or hardware assurance reports.
• Evaluate software and/or hardware assurance status for approval using the established process.
• Complete research and reviews of software and/or hardware products to ensure they meet quality criteria prior to integration.
• Other ISSO duties as assigned.

This position will be filled at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO

This position is expected to pay $96,400 - $106,400 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 2 years of general experience; Associate's degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience.

• If this position requires travel selected candidate must be willing to provide proof of fully vaccinated (against COVID-19) status? (the process of which must be completed prior to the anticipated start date)
• Must have 2.5 years of experience in an engineering field
• Must have experience with DoD cybersecurity processes and procedures
• Must have experience with tools to perform data correlation (e.g. ACAS, HBSS, ArcSight)
• Must have a current DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II certification
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

• Have knowledge and understanding of InfoPath Form Libraries
• Have experience with scripting languages (eg. Perl, PHP, HTML)
• Have experience with consolidating data exports from auditing tools to provide knowledgeable insights
