Sonoma Tilemakers is currently seeking full-time Associates for the day shift for the following opportunities: 

Production | Tile Cleaning  | Glaze-making |  Warehouse | Shipping and Receiving

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Production experience helpful, but not required

• Basic English literacy

• Basic math skills required

• Ability to read and follow procedures

General Requirements:

• Consistent and dependable in attendance and work practices

• Ability to work independently or within a team

• Commitment to working safely

• Ability to maintain required productivity and work within quality standards

• Complete duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs. on an infrequent basis

• Ability to stand for majority of shift

• Ability to see color

• Dexterous and able to perform repetitive work with hands

Work Environment:

The working environment is in a warehouse manufacturing setting. Temperatures can exceed 100F during summer months when the kiln is running.
