CNC Machinist – 5-Axis Mill | Day Shift

Fuller Technologies is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Northampton, PA. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a skilled machinist with hands-on 5-axis milling experience.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines

• Work with DMG Mori equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications

• Set tools, offsets, and workholding/fixtures for machining operations

• Use precision measuring equipment to inspect completed parts and verify tolerances

• Make machine and tooling adjustments as needed to maintain quality

• Troubleshoot machining issues and support efficient production

• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC milling

• CNC machine setup experience

• Ability to independently read and work from blueprints

• Experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, speeds, feeds, and tolerances

• DMG Mori experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with comparable 5-axis equipment experience are encouraged to apply

• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Okuma)
• CAM Software (Mastercam, Esprit, GibbsCAM, Autodesk Fusion 360, Siemens NX)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Matsuura, Mikron)
