Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5 Axis CNC machines to produce complex parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Document production activities and report any issues to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with 5 Axis machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
