Job Overview:
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Maintain the day-to-day LTO and clerical function of the warehouse. This includes the tracking of paperwork and follow-through of all paperwork, organizing, and maintenance of the warehouse and yarn location.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must track and maintain paperwork for loading and unloading trucks.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain yarn and locations in the warehouse.
- Must perform weekly cycle counts of yarn.
- Must maintain special paperwork.
- Enter data in computer
- Keep warehouse organized and neat.
- Other duties as instructed by supervisor
NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and write
- Good keyboarding skills.
- Good knowledge of office procedures.
- Good knowledge of office machines (fax, copier, calculator, printers).
- Good phone skills
- Must have 2 years Lift Truck experience
- Must be able to communicate with freight lines and other departments within the company.
