What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards across production lines 
  • Conduct internal audits, GMP checks, and pre-op inspections 
  • Support lab testing and generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) 
  • Investigate quality issues and collaborate on process improvements 
  • Train personnel on SOPs and food safety programs 
  • Ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, and other regulatory standards 
  • Assist in third-party audit preparation and documentation 
  • Collect and deliver product samples for lab testing 
  • Support traceability, labeling accuracy, and ingredient control

Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a quality technician role, preferably in food production 
  • Degree in Biological Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Strong computer and numeracy skills 
  • Familiarity with food safety programs and regulatory compliance 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on 3rd shift 
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
