The Job You Will Perform:
The SpaceKraft Converting Supervisor has responsibility for overseeing all 3rd shift production employees in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, inventory, and housekeeping. In addition, they will work to lead and motivate employees to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring a safe work environment and a quality product.
