Position Title: Line Lead

Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Position Description and Purpose: Founded in 1923 and headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Roskam Foods is a leading contract manufacturer that partners with world-renowned food brands, retailers, and food service providers to produce a myriad of frozen, refrigerated and shelf-stable products. As the Line Lead you:

Train and coach employees
Manage the production schedule
Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas
Inventory management software maintenance
Record production data during quality checks
Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Professionalism and a passion for leadership
Experience with food service/manufacturing a plus
