Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dependableIndustrial Maintenance Technicianto join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
- Perform complex mechanical maintenance tasks, includingvalve replacement, conveyor chain/bearing repairs, gearbox rebuilds, and lubrication systems.
- Read and interpretelectrical schematicsto install, troubleshoot, and maintain480V, 3-phase systems.
- Diagnose and repairhigh-speed production equipment, includingAC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, servo motors, and related control systems.
- Maintain and troubleshootautomation and safety systems, includinginductive proximity/photo eye sensors and limit switches.
- Support and potentially lead work onboiler and ammonia refrigeration systems(prior experience preferred).
- Operate safely and independently, or collaboratively, while adhering to allOSHA and plant safety protocols.
- Be available foroff-shifts, weekend work, and emergency call-insto minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned technician withat least 3+ years of hands-on experiencein industrial maintenance (more preferred).
- Looking forlong-term employmentwith a company that values your expertise and offers room for professional growth.
- Proficient in working withhydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and other plant equipment.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and adhering tostrict safety standards.
- Technically strong, with experience inlockout/tagout, troubleshooting high-voltage systems, and electrical safety practices.
- A team player who communicates well, adapts easily, and brings aproblem-solving mindsetto the table.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience inindustrial food or beverage manufacturingenvironments.
- Strong background withPLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Familiarity withboiler systems and ammonia refrigeration.
Work Conditions:
- Exposure toloud noise,moving mechanical parts,wet/cold/humid conditions, and forklift traffic.
- Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), including overhead and confined space work.

Pay: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
