We are now looking for a highly motivated 3D Asset Artist to join our internal creative team, for the development of 3D content to support marketing campaigns, product launches and events, using a wide versatility of skills and software (3D, animation, augmented reality, virtual production, motion graphics, compositing, particles, dynamics) and GPU rendering. Our team strives to offer the highest output quality possible, while optimizing workflows and pipelines to meet fast paced deadlines. What you’ll be doing:
Apply broad understanding of the 3D content production process towards successful execution in a wide variety of contexts.
Model, UV and texture a variety of 3D assets, both hard surface and organic.
Light and render 3D content for both offline and interactive/real time.
Work with Creative and Art Directors to elevate aesthetics of a project.
Adapt DCC/3D software experience towards mastery of internal proprietary 3D platform software and tools.
Help oversee and guide additional artists to achieve quality results and interface with technology/tools developers as needs of production require.
What we need to see:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working at a creative 3D studio or agency.
Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience and Minimum 5 years Software experience.
Highly skilled in 3D content development.
Autodesk Maya/Max (modeling, texturing, animation) (required).
Substance Painter (required).
Chaos Group V-Ray (GPU rendering).
Maxon Redshift (GPU rendering).*
Other GPU renderers (Octane, Arnold) *
Experience with real-time content and rendering solutions (UE4, Unity) a big plus.
Augmented reality and Virtual Production a big plus.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects*, Premiere Pro*).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Be able to work in a shared environment and very collaborative pipeline.
Supervisory or managerial experience of 3D artists and interfacing with software developers.
Experience with GPU rendering solutions (both offline and real-time).
Experience with SideFX Houdini (fluids, particles, dynamics) - plus skills.

The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $126,000.00 - 173,250.00 USD.
