Job Overview:
SCOPE OF POSITION
Converting Inspector assists operators during set up, inspects the finished product at required rate, and ensure cleanliness of the machine.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- All employees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
- Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures that make up the Quality System, HACCP, GMP’s and SQF system requirements
- Sets the example of safe operation by following established safety guidelines; Follows established safety guidelines; holds self and others accountable
- Ensure quality of finished bag
- Communicates any quality deficiencies to the operator
- Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures that make up the Quality System, HACCP, GMP’s and SQF system requirements
- Ensures work area is kept clean according to facility/corporate standards
- Ensures all environmental standards and requirements are met.
