In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably with 3-axis machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection equipment.
