Warehouse Production Associate

Job Summary: 

This position is responsible for following work orders from their supervisor or team leader on a daily basis.  He/she must be able to assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with a low incidence of error. He/she will observe safety and security procedures. He/she will uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. He/she will volunteer readily and will commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals. 

 Essential Job Functions

• Attending to the details of daily work orders.
• Performing repetitive tasks such as building boxes.
• Understand and display WLT’s values
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Skills: 

• Following verbal instructions.
• Following written instructions.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds each.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment

Education or Certification: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

 Experience

• 3-6 months of general warehouse experience preferred.
