We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Second Shift Supervisor to lead and manage associates in our Inner Layer Department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and meet both quality and scheduling requirements. The second shift Supervisor supervises and trains associates in the performance of tasks in the inner layer department, schedules jobs and lots for production, creates and documents processes and department procedures for instruction to associates. This is a second shift position with normal working hours of 2:30 PM to 11:00PM. An additional second shift differential will be applied to the hourly rate.
Qualifications: Experience in the printed circuit industry preferred, but not required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Oversee day-to-day operations in the applicable areas of manufacturing.
- Implement, train, and maintain procedures for the applicable areas of manufacturing and support equipment.
- Assist Quality dept. in disposition of product, and assign appropriate defect analysis and corrective action.
- Verify compliance with Periodic Maintenance schedules.
- Schedule departments effectively, including overtime as required.
- Host MRB meeting on a periodic basis.
Authorities:
- Interviewing and hiring of all prospective employees.
- Reviewing of personnel performance and wage requirements.
- Discipline of personnel including termination as required.
- Purchase requisitions w/ limit subject to Production Manager’s approval.
