About the Role:

The Stocker plays a crucial role in the wholesale trade industry by ensuring that products are efficiently organized and readily available for customers. This position involves receiving, unpacking, and shelving merchandise in a timely manner to maintain optimal inventory levels. The Stocker will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels and assisting in inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock situations. By maintaining a clean and organized stock area, the Stocker contributes to a positive shopping experience for customers. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Must know how to operate a stand up reach lift. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a stocking or warehouse role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Unpack and shelve products in designated areas according to store layout.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas and sales floor.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service.
