Primary duties:

• Use scan guns to scan outbound orders.
• Merge product together on pallets
• Stand On Forklift preferred.- Lock trailer and put chock in place before loading.- Unlock trailer and remove chock after loading.
  • Places boxed products on pallets
  • Tags product per customer-per pallet
  • Wraps pallets of product with plastic wrap
  • Weighs product on pallets
  • Load/Unload trucks
  • Operate vehicle safely.

Secondary duties:

• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment.
• Complete recordkeeping requirements
• Abilityto read and write English.
• Basic Computer Knowledge

General Working Conditions/Environment

• Due to the refrigeration that is required for the products, the room temperature varies from -20 to 33 degrees (F).
• Fast paced environment with heavy machinery being operated on the shipping floor.

• Walking on a continual basis 80%

• Ability to Climb Stairs 75%
• Bending Frequently 60%
• Twisting Frequently 60%
• Lifting to 20 pounds, at arm’s length, on a continual basis 80%
• Occasionally lifts to 60 pounds 30%
• Constant use of both hands and arms
• Requires a high level of concentration and attention to detail.

Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive position.

You should be proficient in:

• Food and Beverage Manufacturing
• Forklift Licensed
