Prince Manufacturing Corporation is a U.S. Manufacturer of hydraulic components. The North Sioux City, SD location is currently looking for full-time 2nd Shift Robotic CNC Operator who will be willing to continuously learn different aspects of our manufacturing processes. No Experience is necessary! On the job training will be provided.

Monday – Thursday working 4 10-hour shifts (2nd Shift)
- Training will take place on days for approximately 6 months
Job Summary:
Employees must be flexible and willing to float between departments and tasks depending on production needs. Employees may be trained to do the following:
- Assemble and test products.
- Set-up and operate CNC machines.
- Measures, examines, and/or tests completed units to check for defects and ensures conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometers.
- Maintains machine tools in proper operational condition
- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, work instructions, and/or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerance of finished workpiece, sequence of operations and setup requirements.
- Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications using micrometers, tape measures, dial and Vernier calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, plug gauges, standards and additional inspection that is process specific.
- Records quantity and date in identification tags.
- Counts and picks quantities of parts per order requirements.
- Organizes and maintains storage of parts to be used in packing area.
- Uses office equipment, weigh-count scales, plastic bags and heat sealers.
- Regularly use computer to fill orders and update production and inventory records.
- Creation and maintenance of lot tracking information and the storage of inventory to proper locations.
- Generates needed production paperwork and/or labels.
- Meets agreed upon company and department goals in a timely manner
- Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and in an orderly condition.
- Sweeps, scrubs, and wipes down equipment and floor in work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a great attendance record and the ability to show up.
- Must have basic computer skills including operation of a mouse and keyboard.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- The ability to use tools will be extremely helpful.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds and have strong grip strength.
Pay: $21-$28 DOE with regular evaluations and benefits
Shift Premium $2.00 when moved to 2nd Shift
