What You’ll Bring:
Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Our front-line leaders are on the floor 80%+ part of the time to ensure team members are achieving daily goals.
Overseeing and managing line stops, safety violations/accidents and chronic quality defects.
Problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
Interviewing, hiring, and training direct reports; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching and implementing corrective actions.
Managing company policies through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
Meet targets in cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time performance.
Prepare schedules, approve timecards, assign and oversee work.
Managing department capacity and man-hours.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
