Job Overview:
Mueller is seeking applicants to work full time in the production area of the facility on Eldorado. Applicants MUST be able to work 2nd shift. Mueller is seeking those who are dependable and show up to work every day. It is a factory, it is hot, Mueller seeks those who can tolerate the temperatures in a factory.
Applicants should have prior manufacturing experience running machines in a safe manner. Good math skills is a must.
Work duties:
- Work in a safe manner at all times including wearing PPE.
- Operate equipment to machine castings to blueprint dimensions.
- Load machine with product to be processed and prepare/test/pack/assemble parts as requested on the work order.
- Gage parts to QC standards.
- Maintain equipment and working area in clean and orderly conditions.
- Work well with others.
- Stand, twist, turn, bend, stoop, reach to run the machine and handle the parts.
- Run high volume machines to produce products for our customers.
This role is part of the Union after successfully working 60 days. Employees are paid weekly at $27.30 per hour plus shift differential. Mueller offers excellent benefits including blue cross medical insurance, 401K match, disability and paid time off.
