Job Overview:

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking a 2nd Shift General Laborer for their Prior Lake, MN facility. Second shift hours are Monday – Thursday, 2:30 pm – 1:00 am with overtime as necessary; sometimes required.

 

General Laborers that are hired are eligible for a $1,000 Hiring Bonus!**

 

**Hiring bonus to be paid out in installments during the first year of employment. Term and conditions on file with MIRATECH**

 

+ 1.00 Shift Differential per hour for 2nd Shift

 

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

 
  • Prepping of material for production teams within facility.
  • Clean and Grind silencers.
  • Prep material for welding.
  • Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials.
  • Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication.
  • Assist the welders with installation of welding materials.
 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

 
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 + years of general warehouse experience and knowledge relating a manufacturing
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift.
  • Knowledge of safe workplace practices.
