Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday – Friday

Location: Middlefield, Ohio: 35 miles from Akron and Cleveland, 15 miles from Warren, and 25 miles from Ravenna

Pay range: $27.00-$32.00 based on experience PLUS a $4.00 shift premium for 2nd shift!

SCOPE:

Responsible for all facility and production related equipment using the highest safety standards and maintenance best practices to produce a quality product in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all work in a safe and professional manner while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Quickly identify and resolve work requests on a wide variety of production equipment and processes.
• Complete established routine preventive maintenance tasks with the use of CMM Programs.
• Ability to prioritize and run multiple work areas with multiple sites.
• Background and experience in electrical with PLC’s, pneumatics & hydraulic knowledge and familiarity a plus.
• Previous participation in safety and continuous improvement programs with the desire to help make improvements to existing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School/GED required. New qualified grads welcome!!
• Technical Degree, Certification or equivalent trades training program with emphasis on electrical and/or fluid power.
• Candidates must have 6 months-3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a production setting as a multicraft or industrial electrician.
• Valid Driver’s License with transportation required.
• Self-starter, dependable, flexible and able to work with minimum supervision and mentorship.
• Experience in an injection molding operation or plastic extrusion operation preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand and walk for 2-3 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift and carry to up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to twist, pull, push, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work from heights with proper fall protection.
