Position                    CNC Operator, Full-Time, 2nd Shift Positions

Wage                           Starting Wage of $16.00/hour 
                                    + $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Hours [1:30PM - 12:00AM / Midnight]
                                    * $1.00 Attendance Incentive
                                    After 60 Day Training Period - 
                                    + Certification Pay (up to an additional $2.00 to earn)
                                    + Tech Pay
                                     + Production Incentive Pay ($0.75 - $4.50 based on production efficiency)

Core Values
                Machine Operators pull, sort, rip, and cut lumber/plywood to various measurements. They
                                    learn how to be efficient, choose lumber to Crestwood standards and ready the lumber for
                                    the next process: finish, build and ship. Helpful Background: Experience with CNC Equipment,
                                    various saws, different machine operation, knowledge of U.S. linear and metric measurements, calipers. 
                                    We are looking for people with proven manufacturing process experience and are: 1) Willing to learn
                                    different machine operations/processes, wood species, different cabinet parts; 2) Work with others
                                    in positive communication; and, 3) Punctual Attendance & Reliable to the work schedule.

Details                        Physical Demands - On an occasional basis, lifting is up to 75 pounds; regular basis, up to 50
                                    pounds.

                                    Safety/Personal Protective Equipment - Work Safe For You & Others. Lift properly, use tools in 
                                    safe manner, wear eye and hearing protection.
