Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator to join our team in Mukwonago. This role offers excellent benefits and a commitment to employee success.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: 2nd Shift, 6:20 PM - 6:30 AM
Rotating Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 2-2-3 rotation.
Competitive Pay: $20.35 per hour.
Paid Training: Theinitial 3-4 weeks of training will be conducted on the 1st shift, compensated at the full 2nd shift rate.
Your Growth Matters: We are invested in your success. After your initial training week, you will be paired with a supervisor who will provide one-on-one guidance until you are fully confident in your abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring injection molding machinery.
Accurate data entry using computer systems.
Utilizing barcode scanners and label makers.
Labeling boxes for outgoing shipments.
