Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training content.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and safety regulations.
Previous experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using training tools and technology, including e-learning platforms.
Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
