We are currently hiring for 2nd shift Forklift Replenishers for our Inventory Department. Schedule is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am. Candidate must have experience in Replenishing and must know how to operate the following forklifts Cherry Picker, Stand Up Reach and the Electric Pallet Jack. Pay is $19.40 an hour + a $1.00 pay differential for working 2nd shift.

Inventory accuracy helps with company tasks such as filling customer orders, planning and staying within budget. The PPK Replenisher ensures that the right product gets to the right customer on time by maintaining all Pick & Pack products and bins, as determined by inventory analysis, to support all Pick & Pack order pulling as determined by UPS/FedEx shipping requirements.

Main Activities

• Run daily reports to determine replenishment needs.

• Create TOs to support the determined needs.

• Complete physical moves of open TOs.

• Confirm completed TOs.

• Maintain inventory cleanliness and orderliness of physical PPK bins.

• Maintain MM02 integrity.

• Maintain PPK master list on K drive.

• Assist with analysis and reset of PPK products and bins quarterly based on provided sales data.

• Maintain inventory accuracy based on SAP system counts.

• Develop an attitude and an environment of continuous improvement.

• Assist inventory related Special projects.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

H. S. Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, e.g. PC, MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), RF scanners
Able to use material movement equipment (e.g. cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.)
SAP or Warehouse Management System experience
Analytic and proficient with numbers, strong math skills

Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
