Penmac Staffing is hiring **Electrical Assembly Workers **for a manufacturing facility in Morrilton, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in industrial wiring, electrical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, or related manufacturing roles. Pay: $18.00+ per hour DOE2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | Full-TimeRequirements for the Electrical Assembly Worker- Preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial wiring, electrical assembly, or a related field

• Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical components, wiring methods, and electrical safety practices
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe footwear

Electrical Assembly Worker Responsibilities- Assemble and wire electrical components according to specifications and blueprints

• Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical components as needed
• Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and production specifications
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and assist with repairs when necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining equipment, parts, and supplies
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist in other production and assembly departments as assigned

Physical Requirements & Work Environment- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday
• Frequently push, pull, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Work safely around moving equipment, sharp edges, and busy production areas
