Press Brake Operator (Machine Operator) Penmac Staffing is hiring Press Brake Operators (Machine Operators) for 1st and 2nd shift positions starting at $17.50 per hour. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who are looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a key role in fabricating and manufacturing high-quality sheet metal parts while following safety and production standards.Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:Operate press brake and other machines to fabricate sheet metal partsFollow all safety rules, job safety analysis, and standard operating proceduresPerform quality checks and maintain accurate production paperworkAssist with machine setups and adjustmentsPackage finished parts for shipmentWork with team members to meet daily production goalsAssist in other departments as neededRequirements for the Press Brake Operator:Ability to read a tape measure, scales, and blueprintsWillingness to submit to a drug screenAbility to follow instructions and work well in a teamWillingness to work overtime as neededAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reachingWork Environment:Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumesFast-paced environment with moving machinery and sharp materialsThis is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule on either 1st or 2nd shift.Apply online today or contact Penmac Staffing – Russellville for more information!Why Penmac?
